This evening includes:- Mindfulness- Breath awareness- Meditation- Yoga Nidra- Sound Journey Meditation using Tibetan Bowls, Koshi Chimes, Tuning Forks, Vocals, Hand Pan, Rain Shaker. Provide a warm, calm ambience to nourish, relax, clear and renew your spirit.- Reiki Healing (Note: Reiki may be offered hands-on, hands-off or not at all :-). You may choose on the evening based on your preference.)Please bring:- A water bottle as we advice drinking plenty of water following a sound bath and/or reiki healing.- Layers and anything you wish to help make you feel warm and comfortable while laying down for an extended period of time. (If you would prefer to sit for any of the evening, let us know).- A notebook and pen- Any item you wish to activate or hold energy for your year ahead (a rock, crystal, flower...)Please note:*This evening is suitable for everyone.
